摘要(Abstract)：

“双循环”新发展格局背景下，企业把握全球价值链重塑机遇是实现优势创新路径选择的重要抓手。文章基于2009～2016年中国上市企业数据，实证研究企业嵌入全球价值链的创新路径选择。研究表明：企业嵌入全球价值链倾向于选择不相关技术多样化路线即“突破式”创新，且在高管具有海外和金融背景的企业更显著；机制检验发现，行业竞争强度与企业技术吸收能力对嵌入全球价值链与“突破式”创新路径选择具有正向调节作用，产学研合作创新关系与客户关系分别对制造业和服务业企业的创新路径选择起到显著正向调节作用。因此，积极发挥全球价值链技术溢出与市场竞争效应，构建供应链、创新链上下联动的创新体系对实现中国制造向中国创造的战略性转变具有重要意义。
